Our Approach

The PACE approach delivers skills in beauty – hair, make-up, skin-care and well-being – and combines this with advice, support and approaches to help each student to analyse, understand, develop and grow.

PACE courses are delivered over a relatively short period of time and our team have the skills and experience to engage with the most challenging pupils to provide them with direction, focus and a way forward to a career in the beauty and health sector.

PACE takes students who have fallen out of mainstream provision and need support, direction and motivation to grow, learn and thrive. We do this by delivering training and experience that is relevant to careers in the beauty industry. The team working at and with PACE have all forged successful careers in beauty and have been specially selected to be role models for our students.

The team working at and with PACE have all forged successful careers in beauty and have been specially selected to be role models for our students.

A typical day at PACE involves a period of self-reflection and self analysis so students can understand themselves and others. This is then followed by workshops that help students react differently and more positively than they may have in the post to a range of situations. Successful completion of these workshops is then followed with a wide range of beauty skills workshops. Students also benefit from one-to-one work with the PACE team so they remain motivated to continue with the course.
